E-Plex 5000 series makes upgrading your traditional keyed-in locks easy. This electronic pushbutton lock eliminates problems and costs associated with issuing, controlling, and collecting keys, and cards. E-Plex 5000 is a heavy-duty cylindrical lockset that features solid cast housings and solid cast levers. The cylindrical drive wear is tested for extensive use in indoor and outdoor applications. This lock combines strength, simplicity, and reliability with the enhanced security and convenience of stand-alone pin code access control. And, since the E-Plex 5000 auto-locks, you gain assurance your doors always stay locked. This adds another layer of security to protect the people and information in the spaces behind the secured door. E-Plex 5000 saves you on the ownership costs of implementation and installation with its battery power design and its quick and easy installation. Using a Patented electroblot technology, E-Plex 5000 provides “sandwich” fitting with no wiring to or through door and no risk of pinched wires.
