- The dogging hook 090044 is the piece that grabs the push bar mechanism and keeps it in the dogged position. The does wear out, but it takes a long time. This piece is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 series devices made after 1997. We sell this part individually and it is #5 on the diagram.
