XT Small format interchangeable core (SFIC) is ideal for access management as a direct replacement for mechanical SFIC without any hardware modifications. An easy-to-upgrade solution, ready to install and use without wiring or power supply, XT SFIC is easily installed or removed to existing hardware with the simple use of a programmed control key. Users can audit keys, program a schedule and track who opens a lock and when – all while eliminating the cost of rekeying mechanical locks. Well suited for facilities with high turnover of employees, such as fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and similar businesses, but is also suitable for apartments, office buildings, schools, and hospitals.
