Heavy duty intermediate pivot for doors 60" and taller with 3/4" offset, mortising into side jamb and hinge edge to maintain proper door alignment. NFPA 80, Section 3-3.8 requires some fire doors 60"-90" tall to have one intermediate pivot, with another intermediate for each additional 30" in height. Sold separately for most pivot sets, included in sets 0165 (qty 2) and 0547 (qty 2).
